It is to the right of the fridge. When you open it, there is this enitiy that is stupid, but will scare you if your volume is cranked up. The little girl will open the door for you after you see the entity. You go upstairs after you see her, open the door, and wella!!! Although there probably won't be a second chapter, (because of the death of the game creator, gabriel) you passed the first!!! Congrats!!! But.... if the door still doesn't open, you must restart the game. If it still doesn't after restarting, then you must try a different computer. One of my comuters didn't unlock the door, my other comuter showed me that ghost girl unlocking the door. I guess ya just have to get lucky.
