Walkthrough…

Pick up the scissors on the floor then turn right
Cut the telephone line using the scissors
Pick the steering wheel and withered ball
Go right twice…put the steering wheel to the white box on the ground to free the cat
Click on the snowman and pick the melting candy
Go left and make the cat eat the food on the shelf
Pick up the zipper and go back to the first pane
Attach the zipper to the bag and pick up the pump
Enlarge the withered ball and use the pump on it
Turn right twice and click on the picture with the dove
Put the ball through the hole
Pick up the rat and put it on the exercising wheel in the first pane
When the faucet head drops attach it to the tap at the sink and pick up the mold once the water fills up
Enlarge the mold and attach the melting candy to it
Tada!! You got yourself a key
Now go use it on that top shelf!!
