Walkthrough…

Pick up the blue light bulb and the table in the first pane…
Move to the second pane and pick up the arrow
Go to the right and put the table on the floor with four dots..
Pick up the pink light bulb on the floor and the dirk on the shelf
Move back to the second pane and give the dirk to the samurai…
Pick up the sakura flower and move back to the first pane
Drop the flower into the pot and pick up the ocha cup
Pour the tea into the bamboo and pick up the pencil
Move to the third pane again and use the pencil on the scroll
When the dragon has lit the candle, put the arrow to it and give it to the bird in the next panel
Uncover the cloth and pick up the white light bulb…Notice the order of the colour of the cake
go back to the panel before this and arrange the light bulbs in that order: pink, white, green..
Take the doll and put it next to the crying bride…
