Yeah, there is no visible drain, on either underwater views.

1. go underwater
2. take ball
3. take chopstick
4. look at red lounge chair.
5. highlight chopstick, click on key in leg of chair
6. use key on locker
7. take pump handle
8. take pump from shelf by folded towels
9. put pump in floor
10. attach ball
11. insert handle
12. pump 3 times, ball explodes
13. observe note,
14. press buttons under dolphin to match the x’s
15. take coin
16. go to table click on chair seat
17. use coin on screw
18. take leg
19. use leg on drain at bottom of pool
20. take swimming pass
21. escape.
