click on the puddle to get tape
click on the bottom of the fence (7th from right) to collece the scoop
click on the poop pile (right)
drag the scoop over the pile
a shovel will appear after a while of poopy scooping in your inventory
click on the hay pile and drag shovel around until the key appears in your inventory
click between first and second fence from right and get the wire
click the top right corner
combine wire with tape in your inventory and drag over the 3 blue wires
one its all taped up you can get through the door using the key ^^
