I put the code into the case, but it’s not opening. Also, I can’t get the seat sewn… Am I missing something?

What is the combination for the suitcase? I figured the combination must come from the brownish paper, and tried to put in the number of the dots, and also substitute the line underneath with a number, but no success. Anyone?
8645 – the line is equivalent to 5 and the dots are equivalent to 1, so the first one is a line and 3 dots which is 8, etc etc
