Escape The Bomb Walkthrough
OK go to the dresser get the screwdriver(green), the cup and the cross. then click on the base of the dresser while zoomed in and ged the red screwdriver.then go to the normal screen and click on the left side of the dresser and get the grey key. then go to the clock and click on the side and get the key and the battery. open the lock on the desk with the code1225. get the scissors. go to the calendar and go to the last page and click again to reveal a panel. use the red screwdriver to open it and use the grey key. get the lighter. go to the computer and type in C36926510QT4420 to get access. go to safe mode setting and go to safe mode 2. Say yes and go and cut the yellow wire with the scissors. then pick the lighter, go to the about item, click on the top of the lighter and then click the wheel. this will light it. use it on the smoke detector and wait 3 minutes. then the firemen come and save you. there you beat the game.

I finished this in about 10 minutes. You guys seriously have some issues.
go over to the dresser (yellow) click the side of it and in the corner there si somthing shiney click on it it will be the key. then back out of the dresser the click the bottom of it and right under it there is a dark shadow clickit it is on thr right corner that is the red screw driver the go to the calender and click till you reach the back of it then use the red driver to un screw it (dubble click the screws) then click the middle of the board you just unscrewed there will be a lighter in it click on it. then go to the computer and type this code c36926510qt4420 write this code down then click the safe mode setting then click the 2 one and then click yes then back out on the same desk there is a lock click it remember the calender well on it is his birthday the code is his birthday and the code is 1225 then click the lock after it unlocks and in side should be siccors click them then back out now on the same dest there are a bunch of wires click them then cklick your sissors and click the yellow wirse it should cut it if it explodes your are dead of corse and you did something wrong but it it gose ok go to your lighter and click it and click view item and then spin the well thil it lights and then go to the celing there should be a fire alarm click it your lighter should alreaty be lit or it wont work but then a alarm will go off and trust me you will hear it so turn tour speackers off or down but after a wile your should hear sirens like fire trucks and poilce cars dont do anything but wait and when the screen gets dark you have won so good luck and have fun it get frustrating but onec you figure it out it will be fun to do it over and over again so good luck and dont die or blow up
i beat the game somehow… I activated safemode two… i cut yellow wire… I try to use lighter does not work… then i activated safe mode 1 and it said i won!!!!!! I dont understand… why did it say i won?!! The firefighters did not come!!! It just zoomed on the door and said i win… I entered my name and age and it said i have been entered into the undefine winners!!! I DONT GET IT!!!!!!!!! oh well… I WIN!!!!!!!!!!!

You cut the yellow wire by the computer desk ONLY AFTER you have enabled the safe mode on the computer.
To answer the questions that no one is answering:
1.) You use an item by using it in the proper location. If you select it and it does nothing, you’re using it in the wrong place.
The Red Screwdriver is for the safe behind the Calendar. The Green Screwdriver is for the bomb. (Don’t even bother using this screwdriver, anything you mess with in that bomb will make it blow.)
2.) The American system of numerical date is: mm/dd/yy. So, on the Lock on the desk put in 12/25 (no need for the year, its just to throw you off.)
For those that can’t find the red screwdriver: Zoom in on the front of the yellow cabinet, then click right beneath the bottom shelf. You won’t notice it immediately, so just click on the left under the cabinet and you’ll pick it up.

you people are idiots….there are 2 screw drivers….the green one whichcan be found inside the top drawer of the yellow cabinet and the red one that (if your looking at the file cabinet like you were when you found the green one) is underneith it….it requires a little patience and actually LOOKING….

hey guys i just beat this…. the code to the lock on the desk is 1225 i forgot the code to the computer but it says and right whenever u start click on the bottom corner of the filing cabnent and ull see a little silver thing…thats the key…and ii had trouble getting the red screw driver but u have to click on the bottom of the filing cabnets to get it

WALKTHROUGH
This is a game where like the instructions say you do need the sound on to be able to gain all the clues to solve it. There are also loads of red herring items and things you can do which have no relevance to solving the puzzle.
1) Click the note on the floor to get the background to the game.
Open the locked drawer on the filing cabinet and get the ripped up note.
2) Click down by the side of the yellow filing cabinet to get a little silver key.
3) Click on the filing cabinet proper and collect blue screwdriver in the top drawer.
4) Click on the calendar and flick through it until December and note the guy’s birthday.
5) Click the calendar again to reveal a secret panel on the wall.
6) Unscrew the screws with the red screwdriver and then open the wall safe with the silver key. Collect the zippo lighter.
7) Focus in on the clock and lift it up to reveal a gold key.
9) Focus in on the desk and using the guys birthday as the code open the padlock and get the snips. (remember to use the American format of the date)
10) Collect the other ripped up note from the bin and then solve both puzzles by moving the pieces around.
11) Focus in on the computer, the passwords are in the two ripped up notes. You need to put them side by side and then just read the three passwords off in a line (it’s C3692, 6510 & QT4420)
12) In the computer menu you need to read the details of the safe mode which allows you to cut the wire to the Sensor. I think it’s safe mode 2.
13) Start the safe mode and then you can cut the yellow wire without any ill effects.
14) Hold the zippo lighter to the smoke alarm on the ceiling. After a moment or two the fire alarm will go off.
15) You can now amuse youself by doing some of the pointless things.
16) After a couple of minutes you’ll hear the approaching sirens of the fire service.
17) The firemen will then come and bang the door down (luckily the sensor is disarmed so the bomb will not go off) and rescue you.
