Escape from Hotel Catastrophe Walkthrough Part 1
1. Look out the window
2. Go back
3. Click on the briefcase; it is locked.
4. Look at the symbols on briefcase, recognize anything? There are roman numerals on it.
5. 15 x 3 = 45. Enter digits 4 and 5 for the briefcase access code.
6. Take the keycard.
7. There is something else in the briefcase – it is hidden.
8. Take the coin from the briefcase pocket.
9. Go to the bathroom.
10. Take the towel; it is your best friend.
11. Go back to the bedroom.
12. Click the right corridor to get to the door.
13. Drag your keycard across the card-sensor to unlock the door.
14. Go right to the elevator.
15. Swipe your keycard on the small lock below the lamp.
16. It doesn’t work – you need something else. Go back to the corridor.
17. Check the doors. Try the furthest one.
18. Between all those boxes and dusty items, there is something you can take.
19. Get the bucket, do not forget the screwdriver.
20. Go back to the corridor.
21. Click on the corridor to EXIT.
22. The door won’t budge; instead take the weird plate from the ground.
23. Go back to the corridor.
24. The door beside the broken wall seems fishy, go look at it.
25. Time to be a hacker – go look at the broken wall right beside that door.
26. The electricity will fry you, try to disable it using brute force.
27. Electricity hates water.
28. Your bucket is empty, now where can you can find water?
29. Go back to the bathroom, it should have water, or you can kill the plumber man.
30. Put the bucket in the bathtub, you will get some water there.
31. Now go back to the electrified door. The crevice seems too small to just pour water into it.
32. Towel to the rescue! Stuff the towel into the crevice.
33. Pour the water onto the towel.
34. Now that the electricity has gone, take back your precious towel.
35. Peek into the crevice and look at the four corners of the box.
36. Unscrew those screws.
37. The center tile is missing.
38. Put the tile you found earlier into the center.
39. Solve the puzzle. You need to bring electricity from the top boxes to all three green buttons, but you shouldn’t have any tile giving way to the red buttons.
40. The door is unlocked, go through it.
41. Ignore the bomb and get onto the table.
42. Obvious place for the second keycard.
43. It is in the small drawer on the table.
44. Go out to the elevator corridor.
45. Swipe your new keycard in elevator and wait a bit.
46. Enter the elevator; it will automatically bring you down.
47. The elevator is stuck in floor 2; exit the elevator.
48. Look at the other elevator. It seems like you can be a movie stuntman and break through it.
49. Go to the corridor. Oops, it has collapsed badly.
50. Look at the TV, something seems familiar there.
51. Unscrew another set of screws.
52. Pick the key and look at the brochure.
53. Go back to the elevator and enter it.
54. Select floor 56 and press the button.
55. Use your new found key on the staff room on the left.
56. Enter it and take some items.
57. There is a crowbar and wrench.
58. Take a look at the blueprints, you can click to get a copy.
59. Get out of the staff room.
60. There is way to the right, go that way.
61. Are you thirsty?
62. Put your coin into the cola machine and get a can of cola.
63. Go back to the 2nd floor.
64. With your tools you can now open the broken elevator.
65. Use the wrench on the broken elevator.
66. Look closer at the broken elevator.
67. There are bolts there, but they are rusted. You’ve got some anti-rust in your inventory.
68. Yep, cola can remove the rust. Pour your cola onto the bolts.
69. Now wipe them clean with your trusty towel.
70. Now you can use your wrench on the bolts.
71. Click on the elevator shaft panel.
72. Jump into the broken elevator.
73. The ground is filled with water, so touching those elevator controls is not the wisest idea.
74. You can get the key laying down in the rocks though.
75. Go back to the working elevator.
76. Go up to floor 56 again.
77. Go to the lounge on the right.
78. Use the yellow key on the spa door.
79. Enter the spa.
80. There is a pair of plastic gloves inside that glass display case.
81. There is no sense trying to find another key for this, use brute force.
82. Break the glass using either the wrench or the crowbar.
83. Take the gloves.

68. Yep, cola can remove the rust. Pour your cola onto the bolts.
69. Now wipe them clean with your trusty towel.
70. Now you can use your wrench on the bolts.

73. The ground is filled with water, so touching those elevator controls is not the wisest idea.
74. You can get the key laying down in the rocks though.
75. Go back to the working elevator.
76. Go up to floor 56 again.
77. Go to the lounge on the right.

83. Take the gloves.
89. It is a magic square, but instead of numbers, you get colourful balls.
90. Get the numbers that represent the balls. There is no repeated numbers in this, which is why it is unique.
91. Looking at the bottom right corner of the ‘lift’ blueprint, there are some sort of equations.
92. On the right blueprint you see a colour chart.
93. Relate the equations with the colour chart and you get: R = red. R (red) + Y (yellow) = orange.
Understand the meaning now?
94. One red ball = number 1, three red balls = number 3, one orange ball = number 4, one purple ball = number 7, three purple balls = number 9, and so on.
95. Now look at the big ‘lift’ grids. You will get some clues about the number of balls in three places.
96. Two balls at the top left, two balls at the center, and one ball at the bottom center. The two balls equal 2, 5, or 8, while the one ball equals 1, 4, or 7.
97. You just need to figure out which balls belong where now. Look at the word sum and the small grid on the blueprint. It means that the horizontal, diagonal, or vertical sum is equal to 15.
98. ‘8′ at the top left (or two purple balls), ‘5′ at the center (or two orange balls), and ‘7’ at the bottom (or one purple ball). Solve the magic square using the sum of 15.
99. Give up?
100. The answer is 834,159,672. Refer to steps 93 and 94 for their balls representative values.
101. Exit the broken elevator.
102. What a messy place, maybe you should clean it?
103. Remove the furthest debris (they are the ones with the lighter background).
104. After you remove all the debris, go through the hidden corridor and enjoy the ending.
105. Oh, there are also 40 secrets in the game, which are represented by glowing orbs. If you find them all, you obtain a bonus after the ending credits.
