To get the pliers click the globe then DOUBLE click the blinds
I can’t believe at the end I had to look up the solution to finish the game. I had every object, including the lit candle, and I didn’t realize that the egg went in the top left corner of the wall puzzle. There is utterly no clue for this, and the egg had already been used once (to free the key). I have minor issues throughout the game in general (you can “lose” objects because of a bug, while you can gain a second useless green apple from the closet because of another bug, and this is not to mention the series of in-order steps you must take to free up objects, steps that have nothing to do with one another, such as sweeping up the ice to get the candle…), but this is a very sloppy ending which towers over all of the other issues of the game. The egg is used twice despite the fact that the lava lamp is unused. The computer is unused. The left-hand drawer under the computer is just decorative. The close up of the funky couch is unnecessary. The glow in the dark stars, which I spent 10 minutes pondering and clicking on with every object, are also useless. And probably the biggest squander is the series of French names of objects that match the names of the unrelated wall objects–nothing was ever done to link those together. The maker had some very interesting ideas (the Dali clock falling onto the tree limb is brilliant), but it is like he made 70% of a compelling, complex game and then you get the key and you leave, with no explanation for the rest. Very promising, very disappointing ending.

for instance i got my egg wihtout the mallot and i thught i took te apple from the hawk guy but its not in my inventory and he doesnt have it anymore

i coundnt of done it without the walkthough.
to get the pliers you have to click on the blinds heaps of times. i had trouble on that myself. its also hard to get the candle, just remember to sweap the glass up by runing your curser over the brush and dust pan until you get a hand with its pointer finger up then click. And keep on clicking on the crack in the stained glass box until it opens

Ok this is the full walk through
pick up the glass cup on the table with the computer
click on the arrow and go to the ceiling and click on the scrap of paper above the ceiling fan
go to the funky couch and click behind the seat cushion in the middle where the edge of a branch should be sticking out
go to the tree stand and place the branch in the tree stand and click on the clock
the clock will melt off the wall and a key will fall on the ground pick up the key
go to the book case and click on the fat green book next to the statue this will bring you to the fish tank with a moon shaped thing with three numbers on it, numbers are different for everyone
go to the fire place and there should be a stand with a statue on top of it
click on the stand and enter the three numbers from the moon shaped thing
then click on the drawer below the numbers and it will open revealing a shoe
take the shoe
go over to the door and click on the right side of the rug to reveal another key
take the key and go over to the closet next to the fire place and open it with the key
click on the hawk headed man and then take the apple from his hand
go to the painting of the man above the funky couch and place the apple in the whole on the painting
the painting will take the apple and reveal a hat, take the hat
go to the book case and click on the snow globe
after clicking on the snow globe pliers will appear in the window next to the door
go to the door click on the blinds and take the pliers
go back to the book case and click on the little crack on the glass box and it will open revealing a mallet
take the mallet and go to the fire place and break open the glass box on the floor and take the egg inside the box
clean up the glass on the floor with the fire place broom and dust pan
go to the menorah, the candle holder above the fireplace, and take the candle, second to last on the right
click on the egg and drag it to the check object box below the objects on the right
this should reveal a key hole, take the small old grey key and open the egg
take the silver key
go to the desk with the computer and open the drawer with the silver key
take the zippo lighter
click on the candle and drag it to the check object box
then click on the zippo lighter and light the candle
go to the door and click on the strange wall decoration on the rightside of the door
use the scrap of paper to place the objects in their proper place
egg top left
shoe top right
hat middle left
candle middle right
glass cup bottom left
mallet bottom right
once objects are in the right place the strange wall decoration will fall of the wall revealing a large key
take the large skeleton key
go to the door use the large skeleton key
and congradulations you just beat DREAM ESCAPE
the hammer goes there.

use the hammer to break the glass, put the egg over check item and use grey key to open it you will then get another key to open the drawer on computer desk.
