i’ve got 5/12 items, book with piano notes, a pair of scissors, screw driver, inkwell (which i’ve all used for different things) and a grey metal rectangal bar thingy which I havent used yet.
I was able to play some classical music with the record, cut a bit of curtain and covered the flowers with it ???? don’t know why yet!

turn the mirror about three times (i think) then turn the lights off and a number will appear on the painting above the record player, you have to spill ink on the painting first tho

got 6/12 notes, put flowers in vase above piano, if u place piece of curtain over painting where clock is she sneezes, and when lights are off theres a highlight orange square on floor. hmm

ok managed to cut carpet and got the 7th note plus piece of carpet,clean the above picture with wet carpet,finally got piano open got the 8th note.

I found this link to a walkthrough but I haven’t tried it yet. It’s daunting! I thought I was doing well with what I had found so far. Not even close!

OMG how do you people figure this stuff out? If it wasn’t for the comments from Amanda and Diane, I would never have gotten this far! This game is a bit too random for me…I’ve just spent 10 mins of my life clicking bits of carpet! Sod this I’m off to eat worms!

K, so if you look in the bird cage, there is a mirror.
turn it, turn the light off and look at the piture with the lady, you will see a spot of light.
K so you will need a bottle of ink that is on the desk, move the feather to the other triangular thing and then get the ink. Use the ink on the picture by the book case and piano then go and turn the light off go back to the pic and you will see a number that opens the piano…
Use the scissors on the pillow and you will get another one of those paper things. thats all i have for now…
Well there is something behind the cloths in the closet but i havent figures that out yet

okay…..got 7 thingymajigs….rectangle metal thing, which you use to sharpen scissors….cut curtain…covered plant….put flower in vase…opened piano……now i dont have a danny! help….

ok I Dont get this how do you get a carpet and how do you see the numbers on the picture I dont even see it when the lights are off I see there are numbers there but I Cant figure it out.. and what more to get anyone here has a walkthrough ?

So far i have this:
adapter for plug is under piano. plug it in and the record player will plug in.
key is in vase above piano.
use key to open left cabinet of desk.
get gray thing from under sheet music on top of desk.
get scissors from inside cabinet.
cut curtain above desk as well as the flowers and the pillow on the couch.
turn off the lights and go to the smeared painting to see a glowing square of carpet.
turn on the lights.
sharpen the scissors by running them on the gray thing and cut the square of carpet.
go to the desk, switch the feather to the right inkwell and pick up the left inkwell. go to the painting next to the piano and spill the ink on the bottom right corner.
go to birdcage and turn the mirror three times. turn off the lights. go to painting next to piano. there is a number where the ink was spilled. it should be the code to open the piano.
there is a screwdriver under the right side of the couch. open the clock and use the screwdriver to open the bottom.
there are “items” spread around the room. i don’t know what they’re for yet but after all of the above you should have been able to find 8 of them including others hidden around the room.

when you get the piano open, play the green record and find the notes played on the keyboard. Match the notes to letters. I found, flipping throught the books, a blank piece of sheet music and six notes. Use the music book from here

you can put the cut drape piece over the boquet of flowers on the small table. dont know what it does though….

I sharpened the knife and have been cutting away at that curtain with no luck. Do you cut it when the drapes are open or closed? where on the drapes do you cut?

The curtain will also cover the birdcage and if you try to cover the painting my the plant, it does something odd. Haven’t figured out anything more than what’s already here.

u can cut the piece of curtain by closing it first, u sharpen the scissors and then cut it. so far i hav 8 notes. after iv matched the notes to the letters, the right combination of the notes to the recorded player is H-D-E-A-C(last)-C(first) un4tunately nothing happens.

If you can cut away the corner of the picture that was dirty, input the name of the composer. It may be different every time you play. Click back and it should move to reveal a safe. Then input the 5 numbers from the card that fell out of the book. (If you put the notes in the order that it was played on the green record, the numbers you get are the intervals between the notes. i.e. low C to D is a major 2nd, so the interval is 2.) Inside is a scraper, a black bar (I don’t know the use yet.) and another card.

The black thing from the safe behind the composer’s picture is to be put on the piano. It’s the base for where you set the music. I think once you get all 12 cards you may be able to set them there.
