In Out West: I have re-started the game 4 times and am still unable to put the dust (at Blacksmith) into the cruicble. There is no place to set it on the shelf and I can’t seem to do it when it is in Items. What am I doing wrong?
How do you open the doors after they are unlocked? I’ve been clicking and dragging for a while and it wont open! =(

ok i got the gold powder, the silver power, a key from behind her kage matches and a pencel, and a crank what do i do now??,
Note: to use items, select them and make sure they appear in left window, then select close. They will have to be selected each time you use them.
1. Enter saloon. Get wheel from piano. Turn right, empty keg and get key behind it.
2: Use key on door. Go to room on left. Get crucible and read book.
3: go upstairs. Left bedroom open closet and get coal. Poker table room, move both left chairs and get cracker. Go downstairs and outside.
4: Turn right and enter bank. Get bar above window. Exit bank go left and go to store. In store, get pencil and use bar on hole in wall to get key.
5: Go back to bank use key on door. Safe code: up/left/down/right Get Magnet and exit.
6: Post office, get pen from cup, get handle from counter, get note in box 4th row down-6th from left, read note and take gold hearts from it. exit.
7: Go left once then hit arrow that is at an angle. Below rock on left of path click and slide sand away to get buckle. Go back to town.
8: Enter jail, get matches
9: Enter blacksmith shop. Put coal in stove and light with matches. Use hearts in grinder on left shelf, get gold dust. Do same with buckle and pen. Put all 3 dusts into crucible. Put in stove to melt. Pour into mold on left shelf. Get key. exit
10: Go to jail and use key to open cell and get lantern.
11. Go to saloon and go upstairs. Poker room put pencil in hole, note numbers. Right room use numbers on wall, get rope . Left room, use wheel and crank on player. Note sounds and go downstairs and play on piano 9/12/17/12, get key.
12. Go upstairs to left room again and use key on drawer. Get handle. Exit outside.
13: go right twice. Feed vulture and go to graveyard. Get bucket. Back once and use handle on water pipe. fill bucket. Go left twice. exit town. go up again and enter cave.
14. Fill machine with water. Go right down twice. Put rope on cart, return to machine. light fuse. Oops rope broke. Right all the way again, get tnt. Return back to main cave and go left all the way. Use tnt on crack. Back once and use plunger. Boom. Go to end and get scroll. Go to town and use magnet on all holes.
15: now return to town and use magnet on all holes you can find. Saloon- by piano and behind keg, upstairs: left room- closet, poker room-above table, right room by bed, left room at bottom of stairs- bookshelf, Post office – 2nd row 4th accross, Jail,
Store- behind hidden shelf area. Once all are clicked return to saloon and go through door and left room bottom of stairs. Something happening. Do not ask me the code to the switches. They were not hard.. Theres GOLD in them there hills.. LOL Enjoy. Hope this helped.

the key OBVIOUSLY goes to the bank.
You stick the metal bar in the hole at that general store. the shelves should move aside and reveal a key
you can remove the first short bar in the left teller stand in the bank
ahaaa. 24214 is the code corresponding to the pieces of wood in the bedroom. the far left piece is #1 etc. you get some rope. not sure next though…
opps i meant 24214 lol
the number 23214 is for the wall in the room look how many planks are darkened in the bedroom
I put the pencil in the metal hole in the room with the table and cards in the salon and the light lifted up showing the numbers24214

k…now I am stuck. I filled the bucket with water but what now? The fire wants to use the pot but something is missing. You cannot combine items so I stop here. Good luck and please let me know if you get any further. Thanks!!
AAAHHHH…it gives a new arrow and lets you into the graveyard, which has the bucket. Gonna fill the bucket with water and take it to the fire with the pot. Here’s to hoping

I have a feeling that the bucket has something to do with it…how do you get the bucket? And how do you open the pieces of wood in that bedroom?

The key from the piano comes from putting the music roll on the player upstairs and also the crank. You have to play that tune.
Use the piano key to open the drawer below the player.

silver powder – the silver pen you find in the mail room needs to be put through the machine on the shelf in the blacksmiths at the back (Not the key mould)
Gold powder – in the mail room there is a letter in on of the mail boxes. open the letter and there are two gold hearts at the bottom which look like paper decoration…they arent, you can take them. Also put them through the machine you put the pen through.
put both in the crucible.
